OMG! I know we have all been cheerleading and hoping for the best, but preparing for the worst, but still! It is done! Thank Fiddle for that! Finally!
Are you shell shocked, or emotional?
Good idea to start looking at the mortgage and settling that - I assume it was based on a 2 person income - what are you thinking? 2,3, 5 or 10 year fix? What rate are you on? I am such a mortgage nerd!
It must be such a relief to know it is not going to cost you a load more, or that you don't need to be messing about with solicitors and judges and law courts again.
Don't make any huge decisions for a week or two. Get used to the idea and decompress a bit, it must have been ticking away in the back of your mind for the last - what has it been? 2 years? 3 years? I am so happy for you.
Yay CCL!!! Dancing around the living room in happiness for you.4/10/22One Year Mortgage Free Yay!

That's wonderful news about the house. As frustrating as it may be that you may never see that money again at least you know you have a roof over yours and the kids heads and that's what matters. Hopefully now you can focus on your debts and the mortgage without all the added stress. Good luck.*Dad loan - £5300 - £7200
