Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas
Me and OH had a very relaxed day yesterday - opened our presents, video chatted with family, went a wee walk, had our meal and watched films, it was lovely. OH got me a new @mazon fire tablet which I'm so happy about as my last one was needing charged constantly. Just in the process of getting everything set up on it.
Still feeling under the weather but definitely better than I did last week. Ended up having to work from home a few days last week as I felt so rotten. Back to work today on a late shift so hopefully will be a nice shift.
Money wise - bank account is looking very bare but it's payday on Thursday and I don't think we will need to buy anything this week. I put a joint present for my mum and dad on the credit card as it was a larger amount but have paid my share off already and will pay the rest as soon as my siblings transfer the money.
Think I might start a new diary for the new yearMortgage 26.4.25 - £108,500 1.8.25 - £106,362.86

Very quick post before bed - a NSD yesterday and it was a nice shift at work followed by another good one today. Spent £4.75 today on bread, sugar and grapes plus £56.75 on petrol. Was hoping to make it to payday on the petrol I had but it was not to be. Popped it on the credit card but will pay it back tomorrow.Mortgage 26.4.25 - £108,500 1.8.25 - £106,362.86

Payday today
Added £225 to the LISA plus December's bonus of £56.25 was added today taking the balance to £9429.71.
£30 paid off credit card, now £578.48 with another £100 to be paid off when the direct debit goes out in about 10 days time.
Also added £200 to the car fund plus some money to the emergency fund, presents fund and home fund.
My round-up account will reset in about a week's time and the money transferred out. There's currently around £270 in it so need to decide what to do with the money.Mortgage 26.4.25 - £108,500 1.8.25 - £106,362.86

Oh forgot to say the only spend for today was £1 at the petrol station for air as a couple of my car tyres needed pumped up.Mortgage 26.4.25 - £108,500 1.8.25 - £106,362.86

A NSD today other than some stuff for work that I will get reimbursed for tomorrow. I must remember to submit my mileage claim at the end of the month as I've done quite a few little trips for work this month.
