Thanks @RosaBernicia Like you I'm not a fan of long contracts if they can be avoided. A monthly rolling sim is my preferred option for now.
Thanks @moneyonmymindsam I agree my style is indeed being elevated
Thanks @MovingForwards and @savingholmes It is all going well but I'm not counting my chickens yet!If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

I had 3 days in a row where I woke up into double digits but today I forced myself up at 7.30 (still late for me normally) I've been falling asleep in the small hours so my sleep pattern is all over the place. I feel much better for the earlier start. More energised somehow.
So today I plucked up the courage to spend ages on hold so I could sort out my BB. It wasn't so long to hold and it seems (please god) to have resolved most of the issues. The connection is much faster for a start, so fingers crossed...I missed having connection consistently, but then again I finished a book so maybe not all bad...
I had the boiler service today before 9am. I went a bit mad with open doors and when he left I sprayed all the surfaces he touched and the door handle...
I scanned the certificate over to the solicitor. I have done everything on the list for searches! It kept going back and forth over FENSA window certificates and I thought of @MovingForwards comment and just said I don't have anything else and they accepted that.
I called the EA and they are calling the other side so we can look at dates. Trying to keep calm and carry on
I had a delivery of veg and some organic chicken carcasses so stock is bubbling away in the background.
MSE wise. I am doing okay and keeping to my £200 for the month budget.
The frog of venturing into the garage remains. Today is the day!
I hope everyone is warm and safe

With the garage, it is cobwebs and spiders I scared of. I will be careful as if I have an accident the NHS may not be in a position to assist me and that really is scary! If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Good luck with the garage.
If I lived near to you DIA I would be willing to help. Am not at all scared of spiders. Have been a hero a few times when others needed rescuing. One was at work when a lady was completing a walk test and there was a spider on the ceiling. Got on a chair and flipped it into a cup. Bathed in the grateful praise.
If you were talking about snakes, that's another story. Have actually held one when a patient of mine was breeding them. He described a female one as not at all wriggly and very calm and slow. She was amazing and felt like a warm carrier bag.
Not sure if I am 'cured' yet!!!!9 -
