  • Meant to say, I've lost a couple of lbs this week.  Wahoo.  Next week is going to be a bit of a problem foodwise so trying to eat sensibly this week so as not to gain more weight and sabotage my efforts.  If I can just maintain I will be happy enough.  Then when I get back from Scotland I will go back into full WW mode.
  • Hello Ladies,

I went to Karaoke in Herne Hill yesterday, but on arrival, I realised that there was a birthday party rather than Karaoke. I had a great time, dancing the evening away. I had to do far too much dancing sitting on my chair, but I stood up and danced when I could. :D  Both of my knees have been playing up a lot and I did not want to aggravate them in any way.

Congratulations to those ladies who have lost weight :D

    Happy snow day
it just been snowing in my part of London, but the snow hasn’t settled.  I’m working from home today, so I’m going to pop out and get defuzzed, providing the weather holds out.

A few days ago I used one of those foot peeling socks treatments  (footner, but a cheap version) and I’m currently peeling all over the place.  At least I don’t need to show my feet!!!

Same here! It started snowing just as I was about to leave my house. On the way home it brightened up a lot.

The sun is now shining.  Typical - 4 seasons in one day.  I did get my waxing and threading done, so I’m pleased that is out of the way.  Just need to get my roots done, but finding a suitable date is proving tricky.

Found a "Colour me beautiful" book in lovely condition for 99p and have actually located an adviser in a nearby town, fees less expensive than the Kettlewell one which is a good hour and a half drive away, my £2 coin saving pot is a bit light ATM, but will start adding to this with a little extra cash as well as £2 which seem to be quite scarce around here.
Oh cool, if you see an adviser tell us how that goes. :)

Wednesday - hope you got through the rain ok, nowt worse than having to dash all over when it's soggy and cold! I do really like some of those clothes as separates but must admit not a fan of the 'double colours' - denim or otherwise, there's something about it that just doesn't work for me. Mind you, never been a 'fashion follower' for good or bad

Hope those with snow are muddling through!

It was actually snow flurries, but it didn't settle at least, haha.
