That made me giggle a little.  Not at you and not at the situation, just at your wording 😆

I just feel, well, I don't know.  A bit low.  It's all work and little play at the moment.  The weekends are good but not long enough.  I'm studying again for the next exam.  I'm not alone but I feel alone.  Not lonely, just alone.  So hard to explain.  I have a week off in July and I'm looking forward to that although it is filling up.  I'll need to make sure I take a day to myself.  Thank you for your words.

I really love spending time with my family and that has been the hardest part about the past year, not getting to.  I guess I will appreciate it more now though.

I have paid off my two credit cards for the month.  I always have enough money to do this as I only use them for points so I spend from each budget on the card then transfer the funds over to a holding account and when the bills come in I pay them right away.  That has not always been the case, in fact, I think it was in my first diary that I was chasing my tail each month, trying not to use the cards to top up to payday and failing many times.  Oh how far I have come.  Anyway, I round up the amount I have spent, to the nearest £1 when I transfer the cash to the holding account.  This means I usually have £3-4 ish over once the cards are paid.  Not sure what happened this month but I have £25 left over!  One time I had £15 left over and couldn't figure it out.  6 months later a payment was deducted from my account for something I had paid for 6 months before (obviously).  Checked and it was correct, just delayed in taking it.  No wonder the company went out of business.  Anyway, I'm hoping the £25 is not a similar thing.

Happy to see the weekend.  Not got anything planned so I'll just potter.  LMG is working afternoons/evenings tonight, tomorrow and Sunday, and bf is supposed to have his kids this weekend so it should be nice, quiet and relaxing.
