Well done on your wise Pension progress!5

Thanks, kaycastle 😀!
I'm still here KP and lurking on everyone else's diaries, just not had anything interesting to say on my own! I feel like most of what I say is moaning about surveys/that I'm behind on my free money target (I am 🤦♀️)/that I'm ahead on my free money target (I am not 🤦♀️), so am trying not to be too same-y. Life generally feels very monotonous at the moment and I feel quite restless - even having time off work doesn't seem to settle me down. Answers on the back of a postcard please 🤔🤷♀️?Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

Seems like you need a trip away in the diary? Have you been anywhere at all this year? Maybe just a night somewhere with a change of scene booked for a month or so in the future might help? I know I’m not good if I haven’t got something to look forward to.Mortgage free 16/06/2023! £132,500 cleared in 11 years, 3 months and 7 days

Definitely something to look forward to, or a project of some kind, even if it's only visiting all the local nature reserves, or finding 5 new tea shops within 10 miles or something 😂5

I like @Cheery_Daff tea shops suggestionFashion on a ration 2025 0/66 coupons spent

Hardly a surprising suggestion from Cheery! 😂 But a good one nonetheless!Mortgage free 16/06/2023! £132,500 cleared in 11 years, 3 months and 7 days

I've actually just had a few days away 🤣🤦♀️! It was nice to have a brief change of scene (although you can't escape your own brain), but then you come home and everything's still the same as it was before! I've got some more time off later in the month and there's still £50 allocated in the holiday budget that could be used for some trips out, will see what the weather's like when it gets here. Also got a few days away next month too. Not sure that's the answer though, as it didn't work this time!

Have just put £5 into the ISA (from the holiday budget, so not leaving myself short again), just so I feel like I'm doing something. Not sure that's the answer though either!Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)
