Does he (she? Is this my unconscious bias at play again?) Still think brute force would beat that though 🤔
P.S. Every time I try and write "brute" my phone is putting "brie". It obviously has an unconscious cheese bias....(or I send a lot of texts about brie 🤣)Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

Godzilla is a flipping atomic monster who melts people with his radioactive BO alone! ☢
I think people prefer Kong as he's more human, less 🦖
Regardless, the whole thing is a fake out, they're clearly going to team up to defeat some even meaner kaiju!4 -
Ed, I bow to your greater knowledge 🤣! I must confess, my entire knowledge of Godzilla consists of the sum total of the Chewits ad and the theme song by Jamiroquai 🤣Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

I've just done a survey about Vanguard. Disappointingly, there was no opportunity for a free-text question where I could express my intention to switch to them next week 🙄!Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

My annual mortgage statement has arrived 😀! (I'm sure "normal" people don't see this as a source of excitement 🤣)
I'll take that!
Of course, in this very odd year it's not strictly been all down to me, credit also needs to go to:
* My old job, for making me redundant and saving me a fortune on stress-related alcohol (and probably adding a few years to my life expectancy)
* BF, for rebuilding my shattered confidence when I was put on notice of redundancy, giving me the strength to fight and significantly increase the payment I received. Also for putting me in touch with someone that gave me some great advice
* HMRC, for promptly processing a hefty tax rebate, so I had the money back within a week of starting the new job
* And last, but by no means least, my lovely grandparent for leaving me a portion of their Estate, allowing me to invest in something I feel very passionate about - my own future happiness
(I will also give myself some credit too, mostly for believing that I would probably get a job before the money ran out and consequently being brave enough to funnel great chunks of cash into the mortgage every week despite having no income)
This will be the last year of the mortgage and it's a wonderful feeling 🧚♀️🧚♀️🧚♀️ Keep going everyone, it can be done (I believe it's also possible to achieve with less drama 🤣)!Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)
