Ooh, thanks you lovely lot 😍 DFOD you were up early - hope you make it to midnight 😮!
Don't worry, I'll be here a while yet just paying off the mortgage. Don't forget I had several cash injections this year (money transfer card/redundancy settlement/tax rebate/inheritance) and it's my pig-headedness/tenacity/determination (delete as applicable 🤣) in continuing to focus on the mortgage that's resulted in that reduction. 2021 will be all about earnings, so much less ta-da opportunity! Plus if Plan C comes to fruition the mortgage will be shelved for a couple of months (will elaborate further on this as soon as I can!)Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)
Cleared 🧚♀️🧚♀️🧚♀️!!! In 5 years, 1 month and 29 days

Finally earning interest instead of paying it!!!8 -

Plan C definitely sounds intriguing
And I'd agree that the NY Res is just remodelled - not broken if we haven't yet made it to the NY...!

Happy diary-versary S_c
The round up for that year shows that you've achieved a lot even with ridiculous levels of adversity. A Star from me, with a hat on too (only the recent/new GCSE folks will get this!).ElmoR xx5 -
