Hi @mark55man great to read that you are feeling a lot better. Fantastic to have a seaside holiday on the horizon. Not sure that ice cream has any calories when eaten at the seaside. Enjoy.1

Thank you - I will believe you about the ice cream, but no one can convince me that Pasties are calorie-freeI think I saw you in an ice cream parlour

Travelled down yesterday, and in my happy place - a sunny day by the seaside is a blessing. went out for a morning walk so 8000 steps already and there will be more to come as the rest of the house gets going.
on a recommendation stopped off on the way down for a beach and cafe that we don't normally got to - was a bit more expensive than expected but we had promised ourselves at least some posh nosh - and it was very good and we had a corner table shielded from the wind and in the sun.I think I saw you in an ice cream parlour

Glad you are at the seaside. I agree a sunny day by the seaside is indeed a blessing. Nice to get steps in early too.If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them
