Ha!  Twins was nearly 35 years ago - OMG

A very walky day today, and although its blowing a really bracing wind, its actually really very sunny and so the few spots where its sheltered and south facing were blissful.  Currently at 18000 steps and another 2000 to go as we finish off the day's activities

Pasty for breakfast, different flavoured pasty for lunch.  Fish and chips planned for supper - oh dear, but never mind!!

Budget of £20 per day boosted by not yet having a shop bought coffee, plus a significant haul of post xmas alcohol is being despatched slowly, but surely
I think I saw you in an ice cream parlour

So fish and chips last night was nice, but a bit carby - I think I'm becoming a bit sensitive to too much.  It is possible a couple of pints with a friend didn't help, but were very enjoyable.

Another morning walk, I just can't stay in bed once I've woken up - so I took a wander along the coastal path and back for 10000 steps before breakfast.  Anything else today is a bonus

Well done on the steps so early in the day. Sounds like you are in Cornwall. My happy place too. I miss it. It is also my favourite place for eating F & Cs too. Enjoy :)

Yes, a nice mix of bracing walks, and then sat inside next to the fire or eating out (have been a little extravagant with take out lunches - we normally do TO every other day but this week has suited us to eat separately.  Another 12000 steps today - that's all I'll do.  Tomorrow is the last full day so will try and do a big walk as OH is doing an artful class

A long walk this morning - including a short walk on a long pier just to click me over 12000 and 2 hours.  Last full day today so going to hit the ice cream and 2p machines at the arcade with all our loose change until its gone
