Don't do that. You'll start to become one of them.
Like i said yesterday, there's a certain type on this message board. I come here for the minority of people. You're a decent person, don't become like the majority
All that aside, i could've sworn i've seen that account here before. Maybe with underscores or something. That name is certainly not new to me on a forum, but since i'm registered on a few i can't remember where i've seen it. I was almost positive it was here. Obviously not spelled out like that but very similar.0 -

I today went back to the supermarket and there was a CCTV camera nearby (the site of the accident is near the exit), I spoke to the security officer and asked if they could look back at the CCTV.
The security officer had all their camera images on the consul at their position they showed the camera that I had seen but unfortunatly it was looking the wrong way for me as it only looks towards their delivery gates. The security officer was very helpful and said they have a problem of young boy racers driving around the car park - something I have never seen and I use the supermarket a lot.0 -

Sure it doesn't help you catch the toerag, but you've given it a go.
Like i said, the only thing left that i can think for you now, and it really is clutching at straws, is if you have a local Facebook group page for the area you live in, ask there if anyone has seen a car of a certain colour parking up with damage to the (insert area of car that should be damaged) since X-date. Explain they hit you & scarpered.
Hopefully it'll get identified but who knows. If you don't ask then it most certainly wont get identified.0 -

Thank you for the suggestion I only know the vehicle was dark in colour, I did'nt spot the make so I would'nt think it would get any response from locals and as the toerag fled the scene they must of had something to hide so probably would'nt respond.
I think it might be now best for me to bite the bullet and get my damage repaired myself and not involve the insurance company.0 -
