Wow, so many people signing up! It's such a good challenge. I've just made my deposit for day 3 and I'm up to a lovely £10.95 - excited to see it growing already!

I've started doing this challenge but I'm doing it by putting money into a savings pot on my Starling Bank account.
I have to LOL at the folk who actually save the physical coins into a sealed pot! Just where do you acquire all the change from in the first place! I barely have enough coinage for the vending machine at work.0 -
I've started the challenge. I'm doing it twice. I have Monzo set up with IFTTT to do it automatically and I've also printed one out to do manually. Hopefully helps me clear off some debt by xmas0

I stumbled across this challenge earlier today and think this is a
great idea.
Can you please add me to the list as I’d like to join!0 -

I have set up a Monzo pot and scheduled for £1.84 (£671ish/366 days) to be transferred daily with the pot locked until December 31st 2020
don't really like the idea of IFFTT having access to my account, to automagically move the money, so felt this was the easiest work round - I don't trust myself to be disciplined enough to transfer the money daily0 -
Another £2 added to account.... emptying purse each day!Debt busting 2022 Total £15842.68 £0 (100% paid since 1/1/22)

Evening, savers!
My 4th deposit has taken me to £14.58 and I have to say it's very satisfying seeing it build in the bank! I rinsed my change pots doing it physically in 2019, and whilst that was also fun, I am enjoying watching my little nest egg grow! Works well whichever way you do it, and we're all going to have a lovely chunk of money to use in whichever way we choose!
Keep saving!xxx

Morning, no. 26 checking in. £11 in my pot so far, which takes me to somewhere in mid Feb before I need to start adding to it again. Will look to put more money in over the course of this month, where I can.0
