Hi elsiepac,
#54 checking in. Have been doing random amounts so far with loose change but might switch to a monthly input as I don't generally have a lot of spare change. Will see how it goes, thanks for running this - it's giving me a focus for saving and I'm enjoying the challenge!0 -

I'm completing this challenge by saving all my £5 notes. I'll be totting them up on a Friday night and marking random days off that match the totals, starting with the higher value days.
So far I have £65 in my pot :T#005 - 20p Savers 2020

Good luck MSE Molly! I'm sure we will have even more savers joining us after your promotion!
£3.46 transferred for me today bringing me to a total of £74.76! January hasn't been easy but thank goodness it's nearly payday! I'm sure I'm not the only one counting down the days, it feels like forever ago!
Keep up the good saving!

Evening everyone
No:57 - £11.80 saved. Was initially doing this starting with 1p and going up. Now I'm just doing random days. If there's change in my purse I'll pop whatever is in there in a money box. Otherwise I transfer online. Loving seeing the small totals add=up366 Day 1p Challenge 2020 - £13.41 saved0 -
Talk about one man's tat is another's treasure.
Was having a clear out of son's toys (not a heartless mum - he's 27) and was going to give them to a charity shop but thought I'd give eBay a shot......and they've sold (probably turn up on Antiques Roadshow now & be worth a fortune!)
Also sold a blouse that I must have had 15 yrs but never worn.
Adding the proceeds to December's amount.0 -

Another ebay sale another contribution to the more expensive days.
Just a quick question for those doing random days - what are you planning on doing when you come to a day where you've already ticked off that day's amount?
I think I'm going to put the amount to one side and then when I've got enough to tick off another day's amount I'll will but would be interested in learning what other people are doing.0
