Brilliant result - you obviously scared them off! Please consider a letter before action to the parking company asking for £300. It requested your personal details from the DVLA when it should not have and used them to harass you (Vidal-Hall v Google). Even when you provided evidence, it was ignored. You spent a lot of time and effort on the case which was wasted (or words to that effect).It would be interesting to see their response and if you did then want to proceed to court, it would cost £25 (for a £300 claim) moneyclaimonline.2
