Hahaha! Never seen such brilliant evidence of how ANPR timers are unreliable!
Just to inform newbies, this PPC thinks the car arrived 4 minutes AFTER the driver paid...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Actually it would be very simple to produce "evidence" of unreliable ANPR timers for any car park where the PDT''s don't check whether the vehicle is in the car park or not.
Simply get somebody to buy a ticket for your car 5 minutes before you arrive.0 -
Indeed. The entire system is unreliable, as is the entire industry.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I received a NOTICE OF INTENTION TO PROCEED letter yesterday from Bwlegal telling me that after reading my defence their client is confident that the court will find in their favour.
I received another letter from them this morning which included a copy of their clients completed Directions Questionnaire. It says I should go for mediation to avoid a CCJ being awarded against me.
Do I just ignore both of these letters and wait for the court date or should I acknowledge them...?0 -
You should receive your own DQ, which you fill in not ticking mediation. If they said you should go for mediation to "avoid a CCJ" maybe they need to be reported to the SRA, as THEY cannot issue a CCJ only a judge at a county court!0

You need to read more BW Legal threads to be ready for all this. All normal and reported on pretty much every thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you! I will read through as many threads a possible today.
Do I have to request a DQ to fill out or will it come through the post automatcally?0 -
Either , it's all explained in that Newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum that you keep avoiding
You either wait for one from the CCBC to come in the post , or you download one yourself , fill it in , email back to the CCBC0 -
Got a letter today, Notice of Transfer of Proceedings. Hopefully this whole mess wont last much longer...
