  • I filed my defence before 4pm today thanks to you lovely lot!!

A huge thank you to each and every one of you that helped me as I couldn't have done it without you. Especially considering the time of year!

Thank you and Merry Christmas xx
  • Please can you show us a Dropbox link to that NTK with 13.11pm shown on it please (cover your VRN and name and address) and the PDT list with 13.15pm on it? We'd really like to use it as evidence and it's something I might like to use in 2020 myself, against PPCs. Really useful damning evidence of ANPR.

Yes of course! I don't have drop box though so is there another way a can post it..?

NEWBIES - HOW TO UPLOAD LINKS TO PHOTOS/SCANS TO MSE

To upload a photo/scan link, you first need to host it on a free photo hosting site (like Dropbox or Imgur), copy the URL, paste it here, but change the http to hxxp and we'll do the conversion. Newbies can't directly upload links to photos/scans until they've a few posts under their belt.

Please do not use TinyPic or PhotoBucket as they drop all sorts of gratuitous and unsolicited dross on computer screens when their links are opened.

    Or, read this advisory post:

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    Hello!

I received a letter in the post from the County Court on 7.1.2020 saying that I had not responded to the claim form and I was ordered to pay the Claimant the full amount.

As you can imagine I wasn't very happy so I emailed them immediately! I included my original email and the conformation email I'd received from them.

They asked me to re-send the original email, which i did and this seemed to be enough as they came back to me saying "in light of the evidence you have provided I can confirm that your case has now been referred to a district judge for direction".

Bloody right too! This is the second time I've been told I've not done something when I have. Apparently I didn't acknowledge the claim online in the first place even though I had a confirmation email from when I did!

I'm beginning to lose faith in the system to be honest!

I'm still waiting to hear what direction the judge has decided on but I'll let you know as soon as I hear anything.

    Glad you are back!

Could you host that NTK and the PDT list with 13.15pm on it, using Imgur or another free hosting site if you don't was to register free for Dropbox? We are keen to see those times!

It costs you nothing to use a free image hosting site and they quickly upload.

DO NOT USE PHOTOBUCKET. WE CAN'T SEE THOSE IMAGES WITHOUT ADVERTS & DOWNLOADS.
