You are a Witness. You need to write a Witness Statement.

Have you read the second post of the NEWBIES thread yet?

I apologise for my ignorance and misunderstanding. Yes, i am preparing my witness statement and have copies of all the pictures i will be relying on.
I have already read but will be re-reading all the relevant info and advice on this forum so hopefully i wont have to ask any more questions.
I appreciate everyone's help and patience.

Thanks CM, i've spent all evening reading through all the links in the #2 newbies post about witness statements (i'm up to Claretmad62 and so far i've read them all through but this is a long one..!) and how to put them together. I'm not sure what all my points are yet or how to put them across but i'm learning as i read.

    Any help is gratefully received!
