Premier Park County Court claim Northampton.

Debunked

Hi all, really sorry. I have received a cc claim form on the 20th, for an outstanding pcn (Premier Park now bw legal) from the 6th January 2018. I was not driving but I'm the registered keeper.
They have anpr photo of the driver leaving the carpark after a stay of 15 minutes where she received a phone call about a hair appointment cancellation. She didn't leave the car. We have ignored all correspondence up until this point 🤦🏻 Even the letter of claim!
So I'm struggling to find on the forums where I should begin being so late in the day so to speak.
I have read a lot about the unlawful £60 fee that has been being used in cases recently. Bw's costs are £249, and does include that fee.
Any advice would be amazing. Even just the best list of threads for myself personally to read through to start off, because it is baffling me a bit.
Apologies once again.
And thanks in advance for any help.
If any other info is needed let me know.

...issue date is 20th...
Having filed an AoS, you have until 4pm on Wednesday 22nd January 2020 to file your Defence.
That's over four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.
When you are happy with the content, your Defence could be filed via email as suggested here:-
Print your Defence.
- Sign it and date it.
- Scan the signed document back in and save it as a pdf.
- Send that pdf as an email attachment to CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk
- Just put the claim number and the word Defence in the email title, and in the body of the email something like 'Please find my Defence attached'.
- No need to do anything on MCOL, but do check it after a few days to see if the Claim is marked "defence received". If not, chase the CCBC until it is.
- Do not be surprised to receive an early copy of the Claimant's Directions Questionnaire, they are trying to keep you under pressure. Just file it.
- Wait for your DQ from the CCBC, or download one from the internet, and then re-read post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread to find out exactly what to do with it.
0 - Sign it and date it.

BWLegal are scamming you. They know they cannot add on a fake £60 because the courts are telling them it's ABUSE OF PROCESS
So now BWLegal are abusing the courts as well

Thanks for your help so far, I feel a lot less stressed with the direction you have given. Just to be clear I have registered with MCOL, but I am not filing AoS until after 26th of december?0
