OK but you didn't try the alternative of filling in their data request form here?

Thanks - didn't see that. Appreciate your help.
One other probably stupid question - in the draft document that I copied there are a few XXs - what do these signify?0 -
I've no idea which sentences you are talking about, but in a defence, XXXXXX usually means you fill in your own data such as a claim number or VRN of the car.
But if you are talking about a Draft Order for a Judge at the beginning stage of asking to apply to set aside a CCJ, then xx/xx/xx is a blank date you leave for the Judge to fill in.
Like I say, I have no idea which you mean and have no time to read back to try to work it out!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Henrik, thanks again.
Where should I add 13.2 and and 13.3 with respect to the document I have put together?
What goes in my witness statement therefore? I am planning on submitting the documents tomorrow so would appreciate feedback from anyone.
In your argument, whether oral or written.
You are applying for an order. Here's what i want (draft order)
Here's why i believe i should get it (argument (oral or written or both))
Here's the evidence to back up why i should get what i'm asking for (witness statement, exhibits)1 -
Guys - I'm really stressed about the fact that I discovered the CCJ in early November and still haven't been able to get everything off. I've had some family issues in the background that have taken precedence but this hurt my case?
Do I have to declare when I discovered this?0 -
Just say 'shortly before Christmas' and then explain the family issues in the WS that goes with your N244 as well, and make sure you do it early this week and date it January which will look better then February!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I just read that if I am applying for mandatory set aside, then time from finding out about the CCJ is irrelevant? Is that true?

I have attached an updated version - Still not sure how to weave 13.3 into my document. Help would be appreciated.0 -

Just get this done, you will feel so relieved next week once this is in.
Have you already emailed one of Henrik777's suggested letters about mandatory set asides to the parking firm and asked them if they will agree to a set aside 'with consent' to save costs for all parties?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I did not know we could do/try this? Are you able to point me towards this? Is this usually successful?0
