Sold something via Paypal

Ive sold an item and been paid by Paypal for £280 and due to post it off tomorrow, the money has cleared (obviously).
Is there anything I should be wary of, or could the buyer cause issues or get a refund?
Never sold something and been paid by Paypal before, hence me asking. It was something I'd advertised on eBay, and cancelled it as had a better offer away from the site

was this as normal payment (where you charged fees) or by friends and family0

Make sure you send it tracked so you can prove it was delivered. Also take plenty of photos before/during/after packing so you can prove the goods were packed and the quality of the packing. Weigh the goods and the final package too.0

and then cross fingers that the buyer does not claim his account was hacked , within next 180 days and gets refund from you0

ok , refund them and ask them to pay by friends and family
outside of ebay YOU have no protection for charge back , by normal paypal
paypal will not care that you have photos or proof of posting0 -

Does this happen? Surely Paypal would look into where the payment was made from etc?
Surely it cant be that easy otherwise I'd order an expensive item, recieve it then claim i was hacked and get a full refund from the seller?0 -
it happens quite often on expensive goods , and they sit back for upto 6 mths , by which time you have lost posting details and lost all emails0

Thanks again, I had no idea. Have refunded the original payment and asked for it to be gifted to me instead0 -

Have to say if you did that on me I wouldn't be buying your goods.
Paypal is there for the safety of the buyer as much as the seller. I wouldn't send £280 with no cover whatsoever to a stranger on the internet.
What you should have done was send via trackable means to the registered address on Paypal and keep your receipts safe for 180 days.0
