HELP!!!!!!!!! can't start lappy's

Is this a challenge or what?

All files copied to usb stick and tried what you suggested....nothing....still got that message:-

"STOP: c0000221 unknown HardError
\SystemRoot\System32\ntdll.dll

this happened with option F8 and trying to go into safe mode & by going into advanced cmos mode:

In Advanced CMOS mode I had:

1st Boot Option - Disabled, IDE-0, Floppy, CDROM
2nd Boot Option - .............. as above.........
3rd Boot Option - .............. as above ............

what now?

If you say yes, has the laptop you are on got a floppy disk drive? have you got a spare floppy disk?

yes I have............. the broken lappy has a floppy drive.....

do I copy from the usb to disc.....

then set the 1st boot option to floppy....

Insert copied floppy into broken lappy and then start-up?

Did you copy the files that you downloaded and extract it to the floppy?

And are you sure that it is booting from the floppy drive

YES ...

I get the options safe mode, safe mode with networking, safemode with command prompts, last known good config & start as normal...

I've tried them all........... same results..........:mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:
