2/7 and hoping for another one today.
Yesterday: Free salmon fish cakes and salad at work and a free coffee.
Today should be free pizza as the boss is paying (if there's any left over when I get in!) and I'm going to grab some food when I get in so I can get through working until 11.19/12/14: Spent 10 years of savings!!

Ate free at work:
Had a large bowl of fruit.
2 bananas.
Chicken and potato and salad - the free options seem to include meat each day, so will need to think about whether I want to eat that much meat!
Hi,
Welcome aboard.
I've added you to the list on the first page.
Good luck

Hi Everyone,
Happy Friday and apologies for the lateness in updating the thread, I've had a lot going on plus I've been ill to boot.
I've updated the list on the first page, please let me know if I've missed anyone or made any errors.
I'll sort out February's thread next week and pop on here.
Have a lovely weekend.
