TRUE wireless earbuds?

I'm looking for recommendations on some true wireless earbuds. By true wireless i mean absolutely no wires. My wife has a set of 'wireless' ones but the left and right earpiece connect by a wire which is not what i'm looking for no matter how good they may be.
I also don't want a set of Apple ear-things with those big sticks hanging halfway down your face. I'm looking for some actual earbuds.
To give you an idea of what i'm looking for, i actually bought a set of these: cre8sounds [dot] com/collections/wireless-earbuds/products/cr8-1-wireless-earbuds
They have so much potential. They're almost perfect for me, they just have one major drawback .... the quoted lifespan on a charge is a total lie. I'm getting about an hour & half out of a charge and that's if i use them immediately after charging kind of thing. If i charge them on a Sunday for example, i'll use them Sunday & get a 45-60 min workout in. I don't go to the gym on a Monday but if i go Tuesday then around 40mins in they're dying on me.
I've also charged them up fully on a Sunday and then not used them and went to the gym the following Sunday as i was sick all week. They lasted 40 mins before dying.
The only thing worse than the charge time on these ... is the customer service. At least you get some charge time!
I've read that this can be an issue with the set i bought and the CR8-P1 Sport earbuds are supposed to be better but frankly i'm not willing to take the risk on that company again.
But the actual look of them is exactly what i'm after. Their sound quality is superb. Not tinny at all but not overloading the bass either. It's just annoying having to charge them before absolutely every workout.
But as i don't want to buy every set of earbuds on the market until i get to a set that works, i'm asking for suggestions based on what i'm looking for.
I can't post links, hence the messy link.

Buy a second set to use when these run out?0
-
The problem with anything of that size is that there's not a lot of space in which to put a battery of any decent capacity.
What about a set where the case is a wireless charger?
And as above - get 2 sets?0 -
I've a pair of jabra elite 65t that I bought 18months ago and I think them to be excellent.
Battery life is around 4 to 5 hours with a further 10hrs from the case
I think the sound is excellent and with the 4 microphones phone calls are very clear
They arent waterproof but I saw a reveiw of the urbanists Athens recently which I think are0 -
Sorry, i didn't realise buying a second pair was a serious suggestion. When the ones i have cost about £70 with everything factored in, i think i'd rather charge them before every workout, as much of a nuisance as that is.
Doam, i understand the point behind the battery you mention, but they're being advertised as having 5 hours playback. If that was the case then it'd suit what i'm looking for. I'd get the best part of a weeks workout in, charge it up and go again, but it's not the case, i'm getting about an hour and half thereabouts. If it provided what it advertised, or a different set of buds provided at least 5 hours with decent sound output then great. I want to avoid the wires because with some exercises the wires just get in the way.
The case with these is actually a charger but the manual says to not charge for more than 90-120 minutes or whatever it is as it negatively impacts on the buds. So i can't just leave them in the case, which would've been helpful.0 -

Are you sure it doesn't mean don't charge the case for more than 2 hours?.
It would be pretty silly if you were unable to keep the earbuds in the case because where else are you meant to store them?0 -

Under the "NOTE" heading on the manual:Do not charge your headset for much longer than 2.5 hours at a time, because this can lead to reduction in battery capacity and void your manufacturer's warranty0 -

Under the "NOTE" heading on the manual:
That is a serious design flaw by the people who made them. All the other ones I have seen and used the earbuds are designed to be kept in the case (because that's what a case is for) and they just stop charging when full. They are also kept in the case in all the packaging I have seen on other earbuds.
So for them to design ones where you can't keep them in the case is ridiculous!.0 -
