Is the correct answer. It's an idiotic assumption that Sky would fit a hybrid LNB just because they've never had Sky before. Even if you're upgrading from HD+ to Q they will not fit a hybrid LNB unless specifically asked for.

Unfortunately just because they have a hybrid quad LNB and can get Sky Q and Sky HD they assume everyone can get both, in a previous thread they kept insisting on telling people that they could get 'Freeview' with a Sky Q LNB.
