I'd dearly love to be debt free this year but I'm giving myself the deadline of 2022...I've got a couple of sub £1K debt which all going well should be cleared and then I've got 2 debts which may take me until 2022 to clear...but I will get there, especially if I can organise a few 0% BT deals.
I was hoping to walk the Camino this year, postponed from last year but even that's in doubt, and I've decided that if I don't do it this year, I'll wait until 2023 as I simply couldn't face the crowds in 2022 - if that is the case I'll use the money saved to clear the debts and just start again, which again should speed up the process.
I'm now at 95% - I had a massive clear out of wool that I bought and decided that I didn't like...not only has it cleared the debts it's stopped OH moaning so its a win win really.

I’m guessing no one reads or contributes to this challenges anymore.I haven’t been on the boards for a while but unfortunately I’ve found myself back in debt and I came on the boards particularly looking for this challenge.Disappointing to see that there is no 2021 challenge as I love the concept of breaking down the debt into smaller manageable chunks.Im going to continue posting on this thread as it seems silly to start a 2021 thread unless anyone wants to join me. It’ll also keep me motivated. Will update with my plans and figures shortly.1
