Do you not have any clue from the court documetns you have? Instead of asking us, who would be guessing mostly
Maybe call the court to be sure?
  • Thats my point . I dont have any court documents apart from the ones on moneycol and one that was sent prior to the telephone hearing which was to a bailiffs address.

I have already called the courts since first things so I can check on the email address plus size of the pdf but I am still number 68 on the queue

As @nosferatu1001 says, do you know which court?  If so, it should be possible to elicit the address from Auntie Google.

Ok i read in the newbies thread in telephone hearings i could push for higher based on my wage. I must have completely misunderstood this.
No - you are right - you can.  There is case law referred to there.    £19 per hour is 'moveable' if proved.

Never heard of a court awarding it above £19 over hour for a PCN but the case law supports you.  Attach a wage slip as proof and quote the case law I already refer to in that thread.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

    It wasnt greedy.
YOu didnt bother to explain how their behaviour was unreasonable. You cannot get any amount of additional costs unless that occurs. Its a high hurdle. Your second hurdle was explaining why you should get more than the LIP rate.
