    I am sure that CM has explored all ways in which you can get your revenge against these parasites. 
    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

    OPS tried to defend their claim but were shut down. Given we had already won
    It is interesting to see the courts behaviour towards these parking companies and legals.
    We heard recently that Truro court systematically strikes out the claims. In Bath, BWLegal where the judge said to tell their client that any further such cases will be struck out.
    From the South West along to the South coast and up to Reading, Oxford and Warwick etc etc, the same is happening. We will hear of many more courts doing the same

    There is of course going to be a 3 month lull where hardly any tickets were issued due to lockdown, and even those, it will be another 3 months before a judge sees them. Very desperate times for PPC's and their dodgy legals.  As we see, the legals are dragging up old cases and by the time they add on fake amounts, they leave themselves wide open for abuse
