Going back to page 1.... If you stopped in the layby near the train station, it isn't a restricted zone and is outside VCS contraventions. I won this yesterday in court. Case dismissed. It will be evident in VSC's "schedule 2" when you receive their witness statement. Also not shown on their site map.
Also in their witness statement will be a paragraph stating that they have the responsibility to check that a parking offence had taken place prior to issuing a PCN.

6 months since @purplepenny last visited the forum. It might be that they've paid OPS (hope not), but given the absence .......

Try a PM to them, that way, at least, they should receive an email to say you're trying to make contact.

Quick update to say that after I told them I wasn't driving and don't have a licence (truth!) the threatening letters eventually stopped :-)
