Thnaks. Any estimate of my chances in court based on relevant details?!

Only a fool would answer that , with absolutely no guarantees that they are correct , plus it would depend if it was magistrates court or civil court , not the same thing
  • Thanks. If case goes to court, will it be in driver’s home town or the town (several hours away) where driver wrongly parked? Does one actually have to attend court or just submit defence online? Thanks in advance.

This has been answered at least twice today and dozens of times a month. Please spare us some unnecessary typing by reading other threads on the first page of the forum, as a minimum.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

depends if its magistrates court or a civil court, already told you that

for civil court , the defendant (not the driver) names their local court

    legal entities are

    OWNER
    REGISTERED KEEPER
    KEEPER
    DRIVER

one of which may be the DEFENDANT

    the PPC is the CLAIMANT
  • Hello again. I’m completing the online form and have to give a reason for appeal, but none describes temporarily stopping in a supposedly restricted zone. What should I do? Thanks.

    Who are you appealing to?

What are the options? We don't have access to what you are seeing!

Not to worry, there is something vaguely appropriate. Thanks.

We can't see what your options are as we have no access to their system (beyond their general website) without a VRM and PCN reference number.

You do realise NO APPEAL WORKS to VCS? None.

Whatever you send, we will see you in 2020 when you get your court claim.
I said the above, and it's true. None of this matters, you will not get it cancelled.

Just don't say who was driving. That's why there is a template appeal in the NEWBIES thread you can use (who cares what it says, at least it doesn't say who parked).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
