Yeah, every wednesday and sunday according to their website...
As far as I know there are no tracks that race on a Wednesday and Sunday, and not every week. There are some that have meetings that include those days amongst others though. I suggest you choose the racetrack in the dropdown box on the link to see what actual meetings happen as its not many that will never run 2 or more consecutive days Fixtures list
    Credit card debt - NIL
Home improvement secured loans 30,130/41,000 and 23,156/28,000 End 2027 and 2029
    Mortgage 64,513/100,000 End Nov 2035
2022 all rolling into new mortgage + extra to finish house. 125,000 End 2036

So how can you expect anyone on a U.K. based forum to give you advice on any potential issues in another country around something as specific as a racetrack?

I am wondering whether that would be a reason that should put me off or not?

Because in the UK there are many more racetracks than here so it's more possible to find people with experience living close to them??? And because there are no forums with such topics in my country so I have to look abroad... is it not allowed to post here if one is not British???

Race meetings are likely to be much further apart at UK racecourses, therefore people living near them may be prepared to put up with any issues as they are several weeks apart, rather than twice a week.

I suggest you knock on the doors of some neighbouring properties and ask people who live there what they think of it. It's likely to yield a more useful response for you.

If it is a racecourse with prominent races and you have a good view of the course you could be onto a roll with that flat. I'm sure there are punters who would pay for a grandstand view!
