    Here, several tracks have open air concerts in the summer. Newmarket does I know. I know Newton Abbot race course holds antique fairs. I guess you could contact the race course and ask them what other activity takes place other than racing or maybe a neighbour close to the flat you are interested in?
  • Agree with Slinky...knock on neighbours doors and ask them. Also check online if people move regularly from that street?
    It probably wouldn;t put me off, as it could be a nice leisure place to visit as they have other events on at my local race track, such as antiques and toy fayres etc.
