Need to sort repairs on washer and dryer.. I will do those next if I am ever able to get out of this call.

Joy.. DS1 is arguing on the phone again.. I will be glad when this relationship ends!! It is never ending!!

I sympathise with you Pigpen, doing anything by phone seems to involve much listening to terrible music and endless patience. Mine has run out now so am off to have hair done and then on to work.

See you all tomorrow afternoon as working early then lunch with a couple of friends.

Essentials done including voting. Then when I got back from second dog walk I warmed up with a cuppa and have since been cuddling the dogs. Work shift next.

Just back in from work. Veggie chilli now in sc and wm back on. It’s so dark,I just want to curl up and do nothing. I have a phone call to make that I’m going to put off for another day.

Will make a cuppa and see where I go from there.

Had my usual pre-Christmas meltdown "not enough time left" etc, sat down with Mr N and wrote a ginormous list and felt much better.
Rashly agreed to do an extra assessment this week on Friday; manager was in a panic as the other assessor has to go into hospital poor thing, just diagnosed with breast C. I've already got 5 to write up but felt mean to refuse.
So having agreed to do the work, I woke up with a cold. Huh.
- picked foliage for flower arrangement I have to now do quickly tomorrow around the work.

- sent 4 emails (from list).
- addressed last couple of lurking cards (from list)
- made 2 phone calls (ditto)
- posted various things
- sent birthday e-card
- went to work
- voted

During the day Mr N did some wrapping, got decorations out of the loft, put Christmas card strings up, got table ready to put up tree and no doubt countless other things I've forgotten or haven't yet noticed.

Latest on kitchen is that 1st builder can't do it, 2nd builder can't do it until Feb. Mr N contemplating doing it himself with help from my brother. Still looks like being after Christmas.

That'll do me for tonight. Managed an unusually good night's sleep last night - been lousy recently with my pathetic shoulder - so really hoping I can get another one and sleep this cold off!!!

it is inside the vent needs vacuuming.. I need to detach from the wall and vacuum up the vent hose. Knowing my life it has a family of rodents living in it lol

Election so far.. soooo depressing... so sad when evil wins and lies and hatred prevail.. what happened to good and truth and justice conquers all?

Not been posting as BD firmly on my chest. House is ship shape though, my anxiety is helped by cleaning. I am devastated by the result and will leave it there...

Hugs ASB.

Taking DD to school on my way in to work. For a teen that usually grunts in the morning, I have had the full half hour of political rant. I can offer her no solution now.

On the flying front - WULTD, HHI, dw emptied. DH is hassling for me to send him a grocery shop list to save me having to go tomorrow morning. Very kind but we all know that never ends well - so much easier to sort it out myself in the morning.
