#25 reporting for May. Still job hunting but no luck as yet. Managed to save £218 for this month. Have some dividends due next month so that should help boost my savings but car insurance, MOT and health insurance are all due in the months following so that will probably reduce my chance to save.
Saving goal for 2025: £17,561/£30,000 (58%)
Saving goal for 2024: £27k - achieved7 -
#72 reporting in for month of May with £515 saved this month. The lock down is in a good way helping to save more money. Due to no holidays so far, we have even managed to save my wifes full salary for 2 months now. Thats an additional £3000 which is great for her. I do expect the month of July to be a lot harder, we do hope to be able to go on a holiday we still have booked.
My year total so far is now £3978, which is nearly 50 % of my target of £8000 for the year.2 -
I hadn't included my mortgage OPs in my previous submissions therefore sent revised totals for March, April and May
YTD total is now £3,956.71 / £10,000
