I think you can prune the other two you mention - because the quotes from them are in specific paragraphs in a judgment otherwise not entirely relevant - but not everything.  And always give a URL to the full transcript.

Don't prune wholly relevant cases like the two Ferguson cases.

How long is the hearing? One hour won't be enough to hear a claim and counterclaim.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I've not been told how long the hearing will be, just that it starts at 14:00

I will have to look at the other cases then.

    Thanks for your help. :)

The Vento case is rather long, as is the Blamires one, but will leave them for the same reason as the Ferguson cases
  • I'm just uploading my new skeleton argument and authorities bundle. I've included hyperlinks to the cases in the names of each case. Some of them I can't find for love nor money on Bailii, so have just included what I can find, which includes a couple of dropbox links. Would this be OK? Cheers.

  • I emailed the above to Court this morning and received the reply:
"due to the size of the documentation, the Court is not authorised to print this. Please arrange for a hard copy to be sent to the Court in advance of the hearing so it can be placed on file."

I wondering if I'm required to print a copy for the Claimant too? Thanks.

No - certainly not - just do a copy in a nice ring binder with divider pages, for the Judge.

  • Please see crib sheet below as jpg as this forum doesn't seem to like handling tables. Please let me know if i'm missing anything glaringly obvious.

My hearing is tomorrow, but I've not got the login details to access Microsoft Teams and appear. I have phoned to query but they don't seem to pick up whenever I phone!

What does your Notice of Allocation state about the log-in details?  When does it state they will be provided?  Isn't it on the morning of the hearing?

My Notice of Allocation says hearing is at 14:00 but I don't know what time to login prior.

It was an in person hearing but they agreed to a remote one on account of my disability.

    Cheers @Le_Kirk
