You can't cross-examine a claimant who is deliberately absent (they will send a legal rep, a third party, who you can't ask any questions of at all). Address the Judge, not the rep.

You mean DPA 2015 and/or GDPR 2018.

Not if the information is already in the public domain, such as information regarding "People" that includes directors, company secretaries, and persons with significant interest in the company, contained in Companies House records.

The document has strange numbering. Each page has numbers in the bottom right corner bracketed with a dash each side that appear red on my screen. Some of the pages also have a different number at the bottom centre of the page.

For example, page -1- has no other page number, but appears to have (unreadable) handwritten comments on the reverse.

Page -2- has page 3 at the bottom centre, page -3- has page 4 at the bottom centre, and so on.

There is no page 2.

The dates don't tie up. The document gives a date on page -1- and -2- and -1- as the 15th of December.
The contract commencement date on page 5 (also marked -6-) is 12th April 2016 yet at the top the date is given as 15th December 2014.


Who are Kitsons, and what have they got to do with anything?

I can't work out who is the landlord, who is the tenant, and how the PPC fit into the contract/lease.

I can't see any mention of a private parking company, PCNs, paying PCNs, or court, although I'm having trouble with the document format, so I may have missed it.

I cannot see a signature page.

Kitsons are a firm of solicitors, I'm assuming they drew this 
I've just looked again and there is no page 2, you're correct.

There is a page -16- in red with "signed as a deed by the said" with each of the signatories above and a witness signature and name under each.

The pages -1- etc in red are pages of their skeleton argument 

The gentlemen mentioned above are named as the landlord on page -5-

The bottom of page -7- stops unexpectedly "and paying to the landlord the..."  but page -8- doesn't continue and instead appears to start at a new section 3.

3.19 on pg -11- has had some text redacted. It looks like it starts with to, I can see the letter "t" then no more text for another sentence.

Wow if thr suggestion is that the contract is a fake document that is debauchery I would never have expected or thought of.

Is it worth me sending this document to this firm of solicitors 'Kitsons' and ask them if they recognise it?

Would that be doing anything illegal?
