  • I've not included any case transcripts in my exhibits, I think 63 pages of the comms between myself and the Claimant is probably enough?

I've amended again now. Thanks for the reminder

Do you think 60 hours claiming at litigant-in-person rate for a person cognitive dysfunction is reasonable? It's £885

I've submitted a document from an expert in ME/CFS who says I suffer from the following:

(reduced attention span, brain fog/cognitive fog, cognitive overload, concentration problems, confusion, difficulties with calculations, linguistic reversals when fatigued, difficulty absorbing information, and difficulty sequencing words and numbers)

I wouldn't want my costs struck out for being unreasonable, but on the other hand i've put many hours more than 60 into this.

    Thanks.

I think it's reasonable and I would add a bit of commentary to your costs assessment, like this:

I wouldn't want my costs struck out for being unreasonable, but I have genuinely put some 200 hours into this, in total.

Thanks for continuing to be completely amazing :)
  • Am I going to have to serve my WS by post?

The final doc is 42MB and my Gmail won't let me send it, only a Google Drive link.

Is this acceptable to the Court?

I cannot for love nor money get through on the phone. I have tried several times just today.

    Thanks again.

If the court has ordered that all documents that I intend to rely upon are submitted by a deadline (tomorrow) do I need to ensure the Claimant and the Court get my Skeleton Argument by then too?

Also, what needs to go in the 'authorities bundle?

Just the case law in my skeleton argument? A google suggests I need to include primary and secondary legislation too?

    Cheers. :)
  • I've asked the court repeatedly for a reasonable adjustment of time but they still haven't provided one just a day before their deadline to submit documents.

They don't answer the phone and I've complained about their failure to respond and they say they'll respond ASAP but they haven't yet.
