    Struggling somewhat with mine.
Meditation time feels 'hard to come by' but fact is I'm not making it a priority, too much time being 'basic'....

Still so many days left in the year to make the changes so wont berate myself about it anymore, but will resolve to do better.

A slow start from me but I have been to one new place, met up with one long-standing friend and attended one social event in the last week. It is too cold for me really to get going with my main outdoor stuff. Also plodding along with non-meat meals - mostly simple fare

oo Nathalia i like your #2. I was lucky enough to go to Raffles last week for afternoon tea. My boss and I decided not to have the champagne and yet when the waiter came and asked we both said yes. Well I do think it's the only time i'll ever have afternoon tea at Raffles. And yes it was lovely, so I have adapted your #2 for my #7 :D

I lived in Singapore for a couple of years back in the '60s...and have happy memories of the very rare treat of going to Raffles! I still remember they had THICK carpets and my little feet sank into the deep pile. Also they used to bring a plate of assorted cakes to your table and then charge for how many you ate! My elder brother saw it as a personal challenge! (he had 'hollow legs'!!)
