Morning everybody. Having a bit of a wobble this morning over work things. But check my current account - there is exactly £300 in it left to cover the rest of my bills and about £20 just in case. I have put £100 away for a big bill right before Christmas and should have a bit more coming in from cover work. Including a potential half day today. Feeling a bit bad as said no to a topic I don't want to cover but then got the other half day to cover a language I learned in school - a long time ago. I feel I can do a lot of things but not very well - I am not enjoying this feeling at the moment.
But I feel there has to be something I don't do, so I guess all in all it will be a decent day.
Did a big shop Saturday so pretty much need to buy vegetables for the next couple of weeks.
Have a lovely week.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

Evening all!
So yesterday was a NSD (yay!)
Used food from the freezer for meals, it's beginning to look a little emptier ready for all the Christmas goodies to go in.
Today I have done a yellow sticker raid on booths and got my free coffee.
Checked the meters and submitted a reading. Using a little too much electric so am on a mission to turn off light and will try to use the tumble dryer less and the airer more! I payed off 5% of the credit card (I'm doing the 1% challenge) so very happy with that.
Tonight I'm going to sit down with DH and make a plan for Christmas. Not really bought anything yet so need to get on it!
Had a couple of ebay sales but only small bits but it all helps.mortgage £800 overpayment 2022. £600/£2400 2023 🙂 savings £1853/£1800 😊0 -
Feeling very sluggish - have to produce a powerpoint, but am just feeling sick and spent 4 hours in bed this afternoon. It's partly just very bad anxiety about certain work things. And me being very irrational.
Thursday it will either be done and dusted or I will be in a very bad mood.
Thursday evening I will bake the rest of my cookies, get the icing on them and use a Sains voucher.
Its so cold and radiator in ds room doesn't work. Time to text a long list of probs to landlady!

Morning all :hello: thanks for starting the thread DNMS and lovely to hear you so upbeat. How did madams sleep over go at DD?
Dawn hope picky relatives aren’t too stressful.
I thought I’d posted yesterday, obviously just wrote my list in my headtoday’s plans:
Something for meal plan for tea
Write a list of what we need to get for food for Christmas, stops mindless adding to trolley in December and will help us stick to budget. Must remember to include cake baking items
Final appointment in this block. Can’t use discount card as it was stolen out of my car  luckily no other damage was done. May park further out and walk if we have time.
At least one kid of washing and move to airer
Check banking
Reconcile just for points CC - have another £10 voucher due in next round :T
Possibly pop to mr T. Could do with some new towels and I read a random article where there’s can out top of a testing panel. Were a good price too.
Move some present money to current account to balance pots.
Have a good day all. Purps.0
