Hello all. One work shift done and I'm feeling so much better so have hoovered through the house. Quick lunch then physio next.

    It's a start.

We've got all those bugs...and moany people moaning at me...and I'm shattered.

    I have, however, ironed.

It won't be a late night.

    Morning

Woke up really ridiculously early with a bad head, parrots taken and it’s easing now. I didn’t get to the supermarket yesterday so I think I’m going to head out soon and get it done, the house needs going over from top to bottom as I’ve really only managed the basics this week.

I have more presents to wrap (the ones going outside of the UK have been sent) and some family cards to write and send with them.

DH now has a cold and is also on duty this weekend so there are likely to be things he needs to deal with.

Ok enough grumbling from me, I’m going to shake off my flylady wings and get on with it!

Have a good day all, back later with progress report. x

    Morning all.

I'm out for most of the day today in York and need to actually spend some time with DH this evening so not sure what will get done.

DDs put up one Xmas tree for us but all the other boxes of decorations are still piled up in a corner of the living room and my office is an absolute dumping ground.

I have at least already done my physio today.

    Have a great day everyone.

    Morning

A week back at the paid stuff and I was running on fumes by Thursday - which is when MM decided to kick off :o I just laughed - don't think it helped the situation but it kept me same (ish) :) Tired out all day yesterday (brain fog tired), then wide awake half the night and up like a lark at 6 this morning. At least if I hit the 3 o'clock wall this afternoon I can have a nanna nap :D

Plan is to hit the shops at 8.30 - hoping everyone else will still be having breakfast and I can whizz round with my listie.

I rinsed the cans waiting to be recycled whilst the kettle was boiling for my morning brew and I've made my bed.

    Have a good day

    Morning all

Awake at work alarm clock time this morning. Still sniffling and coughing after 2 weeks of this darn cold.

DH is out all day today so I have no excuse not to get on until I have to taxi DD later this morning. We are out at my work’s Christmas dinner tonight. Tbh I just want to curl up under a blanket but there you go. I have dugout my decent dress - my other one seems to have disappeared, so at least that’s a choice that I don’t have to make. I’m hoping that I have put my decent pair of shoes in the loft, or it will be posh frock and boots!!

Going to have a second cuppa, then it’s HHI. WM is just finishing and Dw is running.

    Back later.

Washing bins are finally empty and ironing pile has gone. Albeit a temporary situation but I’m taking the win. DW emptied and order restored to the kitchen.

Dashed to PO to post the flylady cards. They are the only ones that I have written!

Coffee tables emptied of old magazines and general carp. 2 books found for the cs so a new bag has been started.

I’ve had a couple of bouts of inspiration for presents for DSis and BiL, which won’t cost the earth as they are homemade. Nobody needs more tat in their lives.

The planned flying of bathroom cleaning and vacuuming hasn’t yet started. I’m off out with DD shortly so maybe it will slip to tomorrow. Grrrrrr.
