One UU tonight:
Cosrx BHA Blackhead Power Liquid 100ml WMBA in the future, but probably not. This was nice and gentle but I might try a different BHA in the future.0 -
Merry Christmas all. I sold a perfume on Ebay on Christmas Eve and posted today. So one out.
I haven't received many gifts this Christmas as I don't have a family. I'm actively clearing out and will look to get rid of more items in 2020.
I went to Boots to have a look today and bought two things as they were 50% off. Ted Baker Lip Balm Trio and No7 Electric Nights Eyeshadow Palette both of which I wanted to buy earlier but decided against it. I didn't want to miss half price offer and I'd use them. Run up to Christmas felt busy but also lonely so this is my gift to myself really.
I will make a list for "finish by Spring" and will commit to no/low buy this year.ally.0 -
Does anyone have any recs for an eye lash primer? will need a new one quite soon, the less expensive the better.:money:
Closely followed by L'Oreal's (which is part of the Lancôme empire)
I've got an Essence one in the stash that is awaiting use.The former wondercollie0 -

Lancôme's is the best.

Hi Fluffydog aka wondercollie, thank you, I can get both of those in the small rural town that I live in. I am just about to finish the Lancome one, and although quite expensive it has lasted well and been good value.
Off topic, but do you still have your lovely Collie, ours is 10 now, but (fingers crossed) doing well and she gets funnier and more lovely by the day.The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)0 -
One TA today:
The Body Shop Camomile Gentle Eye Make Up Remover 60ml I've had this open for over a year now, and I don't want to keep it in case I do use it and irritate my eyes. I don't even wear makeup, especially eye makeup, so there's no point in keeping it. I only have it because it was from my Advent Calendar last year. If I do start using the few pieces of makeup I have more regularly, I may buy a bottle of this as it was good.0 -
Been shopping today for some new shoes for work. Didn’t get them as they did not have my size but have ordered online. Bought the Christmas cards, calendar and money boxes that I also planned to get. Wandered through the Boots sale and bought absolutely nothing. XBack for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Thanks Dolly
I have TA a couple of travel size items that have been lurking around for a while. Also UU a sample of Chanel Gabrielle. It is nice but my not type of scent.ally.0 -

I tried the Essence one today. So far so good. It was $3.99 so I'm giving it ago. The Lancôme one runs $26 and the L'Oreal goes for $9.99 a tube. I've been pretty impressed with most of Essence's products. Stay away from the Clinique version. I find most of their mascara's watery and just remember that I really disliked their lash primer. The former wondercollie0 -
I’d like to join please, I’ve been very bad in 2019 for the first time in my life I’ve had excess funds having paid off all my debt so I’ve succumbed to subscription boxes and advent calendars. I’d be here all day listing everything so I’m just going to report on in and out. Tied to subscription boxes for now but I do enjoy them.
Have been using my naked heat palette every day in December and this will continue until the end of Jan. love the look of them but don’t like the way the colours are hard to blend and just muddy into one colour. This is my third naked palette and I’ve told myself even though I like the look of naked honey it’s not happening, there are better ones to buy. Will there be a new challenge for 2020?0
