Hi!
I hope everyone is safe and well.
No.12 reporting an overpayment of £155.00. This takes May's total to £253.88 and makes my overall total for the year so far £2033.26, meaning I've reached my target of £2000! With this in mind, can I increase my target to £3000?
Thanks!Mortgage Balance as of July 2025 £14,900.

Hi is it possible to join please?
I have a target of £7000 for 2020 (may be a bit ambitious possibly as also need to put money aside separately for home improvements!).
Have already made mortgage overpayments of £430 for Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr & May. Need to keep focused though and hoping being part of this thread will keep me on track as reading everyone's posts is so inspiring.Original Mortgage (August 2017): £105,000 - 20 year term
Current Balance: £71,000.002 -

Morning all
#111
Slightly unexpected post but we are now very almost offset.
After paying in after pay day we were about £7000 short but after having a chat with OH he's suggested subbing the mortgage from another account so we're about 7 months ahead of schedule. We have enough time to rebuild that pot by the time we actually need to use it.
As such we have a final £213 left to pay next month and then we are 100% offset and all monthly payments will then just be taken out of the offset account too
This morning we've paid £7800 off the mortgage balance directly, which is our 10% overpayment allowance for the year.
