    Hi can I join please. I'm hoping to overpay 10% of my mortgage balance every year for the next 5 year so we can take early retirement 😊 So in 2020 I'm hoping to pay an extra £568 per month. I've already paid this amount in January.

    Hi,
    reporting in for second time for February!

    #121 another £389.16
    total for feb=£519.16
    YTD = £649.16

    thank you!

    will be calling the mortgage co tomorrow to discuss rate switch! (Fingers crossed)! I can’t remember who’s thread I was reading but like the idea of always ending the mortgage with a 0, a 0.00 or a 00.00 or 000.00 depending on how much you can afford that month. Will be starting that from this month! Have set up my transfer so easy and no excuse!

    Hopefully more at the end of the month but wanted to transfer my topcashback money before it got lost into my account and wasted.  Thanks Julicorn and well done everyone x
