The base for how a WS should look, and what it should say about the added costs and the Semark-Jullien case and a few other issues, is in the NEWBIES thread as a link, even though the person on that thread lost their case (there was nothing wrong with the WS but the Judge decided the signs were clear in his case).

    We WON!!!!
So the 3-in-1 court case was dismissed due to an obvious technicality with the evidence provided by the claimant/lawyer.
It was an interesting experience going to court (I failed to get the memo about it being on Teams) and i was very nervous but after 5 mins I was relaxed and quite enjoying it due in part to the calm and professional demeanour of the Judge.
The master case was the Judges focus with the outcome of that case deciding the others. It was very well prepared by my fellow defendant (not a mistake that this was the master case I think) and I am not sure if the defendant was trained or had help from a representative but they knew what they were doing which was a great help. Luckily the other defendants had all of five words to say for the whole hearing.
After the Judge pushed the claimant about the evidence I had a good feeling that this would be the bit to lose it for them. So spent most of the hearing with a smug grin under my mask!

A big thanks to everyone who has contributed on this thread and all the other threads there is no way I could have proceeded without some backup. Its been a big learning and growing up experience so thanks again its most appreciated. Keep up the good work and stick it to these scammers.

The Judge wanted evidence on what the "contract" signs were like in 2018 rather than the submitted 2021 pictures.

They didn't even manage to show any signage photos from the right year?! LOL.

How come there were 3 defendants?  Were you one of the people who had to say just 5 words and you mean a stranger Defendant took the lead?  Maybe they were a poster here.

The Judge reckoned all three cases were near identical. The evidence and location was very familiar shall we say.
Yes I was one who said five words.

Congratulations to the O/P. Doesn't matter how you win, just that you do.

A nice efficiency that. Identify that a single site has multiple cases and then hear them all together on the basis that they turn on similar points  (not unlike the penalty clauses issue in El Cavendish Sq/PE v Beavis).

    Costs?

Nice one! That rings a bell - I do wonder if this was on here as well?
