Nothing can be done on MCOL until you have received a County Court Claim Form.

In other words, you can't acknowledge the claim until you have received the claim.

Post again on this thread when you receive that with the Issue Date from the Claim Form.

Similar story. Rec'd 4 PCN's. Car parked in the same location but not driven by me. How do I complete form asking for 28 days, to defend and move from Northampton to my local cort.

    Thank you for any help.

Basher52, please start your own thread and when doing so please tell us the Issue Date on your County Court Claim Form.

Trying to deal with the issues of two different people in one thread can only lead to confusion.

Please read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #2 which walks you through the entire court process. Then, if you require more help, please start a brand new thread of your own.

Jumping in on another poster's thread with your own case is not allowed by the forum as it can lead to confused advice, which could prove costly to you, the original poster, or both of you.

    Thanks.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Dont waste your time writing a defence. This is bank park we are talking about. Wait and see if a claim actually arrives

It's Very rare for people to use the county court in Northampton , unless of course it's their local court

The CCBC is not a court , it's a government office

I really hope this will be the case! Can you elaborate? Do you think it will go all the way with these involved?

Hi all, sorry for the delay in the thread but I will catch up now.

Last Sunday night I sent a SAR to Bank Park and also sent an email to DCBLegal to put my case on hold. By 9:30am on the Monday morning I had received my SAR response, with the hard copies received on the Friday. Seems a bit quick to me maybe they are getting wise to this playbook???

I have been looking over some threads to pull out something I can use in my defence and also my witness statement. But I guess I need to wait for the actual claim to come through now?

You really need to be keeping on top of this more often than leaving over a week between visits to the thread. Things move really quickly and your thread will have dropped down the thread list by over 350 separate other threads - and into oblivion.
