Rude, from another perspective, have you ever thought a lot of people just simply don't understand. I can re read as much as I want but it isn't always going to get through. I'm following everything I can which everyone has kindly laid out but this sort of internet bully-esque stance on 'not understanding' doesn't HELP US understand any better. Language in any form can be a barrier especially when they're in formal lingo.
Stop pretending that everyone is on the same level, they're not. I am taking all responses and NEWBIE posts in as I can, I am literally only asking when I feel I am going to go in the wrong direction and as someone who doesn't have the expertise or time behind them along with MANY other new threads.
It's this sort of commenting or threads that put a lot of scared people off and just pay the fine because they don't want to be made a fool of.

    OK, just one last time...

What is the Issue Date on your County Court Claim Form?

Have you filed an Acknowledgment of Service? If so, when?
Your MCOL claim history will have the definitive answer.
    Sorry Keith:
    Issue date: 05 March
Yes, I filed it on 08 March

With a Claim Issue Date of 5th March, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service on 9th March (8th March being a Sunday), you have until 4pm on Monday 6th April 2020 to file your Defence.
That's just a few days away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.

To file a Defence, follow the guidance in this post:

Guidance on creating a Defence is also in that thread - in the first post on that thread.

Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.

Make it simpler. Just start by stating the cameras failed to record two SEPARATE VISITS. Keep it simple. THEN give the precise timings. Make it utterly obvious
    Does this sound any better?:
The ANPR cameras on the Nicolas Road entrance have failed to capture two separate visits to this car park. The first visit at the time of --- and the second visit at ---.

I'm a bit of an avoider and it is all overwhelming and daunting but I've promised myself to get this done today, or face regrets and annoyance at myself. I definitely advise anyone else to do it sooner.

have you ever thought a lot of people just simply don't understand.

Indeed,  I could never get my head round trigonometry

You are fortunate that some here have far more patience than I, but, as you say, we are not all the same.

How foolish of me to think you could be the same as the peasantry, how dare I think that I could be like you, sitting in your chair, leaning back and just saying out loud, for no one particular 'I wish everyone was as smart as me'. Tsk, how dare people not learn in the same manners as everyone else and that there isn't 7 different learning languages, just 1! Pity them all the more.
For someone who linked a post about aggressive posts, you are pretty much instigating it.

I can assure you sir That I am not a peasant.  I come from good yeoman stock, and have in my possession a document from Her Majesty,  a Royal Commission, signed in  her own fair hand,  in which she descries me as "Trusty and Wellbeloved, and in whom we are well pleased".

But then, I suppose that not everyone can pass the Foreign Office exams.  What you call aggressive, I prefer to think of as robust.

My sarcasm obviously didn't get through well over a comment, no one is here to applaud you or your smarts, I can guarantee no one gives one either. Long story short, if you have no advise or input into helping people, then don't reply with surly comments. No one under any pressure or fears needs your unsavoury responses to add fuel.
