I cant see in newbies thread what to do next, theres no mention of popla
I'm obviously having to guess what this letter says but it sounds like they are asking for the drivers details before responding to the appeal Is that correct?
If so then don't respond to it and await a POPLA code. They are fishing for information that you don't want to give them.
If it's been more than 35 days since you appealed then report them.0 -
Sorry let me explain again-
They responded - thanks for your recent correepondence regarding pc bla bla
We note u have stated your not the driver or the registered keeper bla bla
If i dont give details of driver they will have the reasonable cause to obtain details of keeper and hold keeper responsible
To help make decision to your appeal please give details of driver within time limit stated
And it says also dont ignore letter as they regularly take people to court bla bla
Their response was 33day after i sent blue template
