Not saying you should pay but it makes your defence difficult.

Yes, seen the images and it would appear that you are parked outside of a marked bay (sorry it doesn't help your case).

(Le_)Kirk says it will be difficult to fight? Is that not true?
No, I said it makes your defence difficult, it's easy to fight just do what the NEWBIE sticky (and re-enforced by Coupon-mad) says and appeal. Nothing to lose yet. If it gets to court, you will need a solid defence and witness statement.

According to post #33 you sent your appeal to UKPC on 10th December.

The BPA allow their members thirty-five days to respond to appeal - that's 14th January.

Complain to the BPA if you haven't received a response by say 21st January.
  • What if the person has recieved a letter 1-2 days before the 35 days the pmc have,to respond to the blue template fits all? It only says to says to give details of the driver if thats not done within their time frame they will obtain details of rk and hold the liable bla bla

I cant see in newbies thread what to do next, theres no mention of popla

You ignore that. It is mentioned pointlessly on every UKPC thread...

It doesn't need to go into the NEWBIES thread, it's clearly a stalling & fishing tactic only.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD
