Well somebody has that authority , the people who contracted the PPC has that authority , ask them who that was , if necessary FOI the trust for that information
Quote the NHS guidelines at them0 -
Pals have replied saying warden has done nothing wrong booking this vehicle
Giving reason patient has parked in road way casuing obstruction to traffic and attached images of vehicle being parked out of bay ( not in bay ) besides last vehicle which was parked in bay. As i mentioned i was mislead by another vehicle in the same situation . Only noticed on return both cars had been given a windscreen ticket. Is there any1 i can send images they sent me and will anyone be able to advise if this would be loss for me as i dont know if i should pay or not0 -

Maybe you need to write to the hospital trust and quote the NHS guidelines at them, however, from what you say it seems you were blocking the roadway - imagine how you would feel if someone did that to you when you were trying to get to your important family medical appointment. Not saying you should pay but it makes your defence difficult.0

"After 15 mins of searching for a space around the car-park, the keeper parked outside marked bays {not intentionally) - it was either that or be late for an important family member appointment.(all vehicles were able to leave without any obstruction). There was a lot of traffic on the parking grounds and as another car was parked outside the bay and the keeper was in a hurry to arrive for the appointment he thought it was a free parking space and was mislead by the other vehicle and didn't realise it was outside the bay"
It wasnt a roadway . It was on nhs parking site and it wasnt a roadway
This is why i need advice in what would be the next steps i should take, pay or fight it?
I was more asking if any1 could take a look at the pictures of how car was parked i dont want every1 to see as people have told me these ppc follow these websites.0 -
