Ok what about nr 26. Skeleton arguments and statements of costs? Is this what i have to do as well? Also im thinking to ask court to postpone the hearing as I havent get response from court if my video can be used at the hearing.0

You should have already included a summary costs assessment (not statement of costs) to both the court and the claimant
A skeleton argument is optional and is more of an aid memoir
A postponement could cost you money , so think about it carefully1 -
Yes but now costs are slightly different. No parking, travel time and fuel. My working hours under the case increased. If I haven’t received response from court to my request which has been sent on 5.05.2020 to include the video footage, I should have opportunity to postpone the case as i dont have main evidence included in the case at the moment and no confirmation from court about that.0

Simply send and email the court and claimant, the video, and say that the bundle put together by the legal rep for the Claimant has excluded it despite it being part of your evidence, so here it is. USB sticks (with the video and nothing else on!) by post, 1st class (NOT SIGNED FOR) with free certificate of posting at a PO Counter.
Email a link as well, putting 'URGENT - FOR TELEPHONE HEARING - then your DATE/TIME/CLAIM NUMBER' in the subject line.
Job done. What about nr 26. Skeleton arguments and statements of costs? Is this what i have to do as well?Skeleton no, costs assessment yes. You should know all this from the NEWBIES thread - I tell you everything there!
Look at the recent example posted today by @robertcox999 for a very good WS and costs assessment to crib from. You can append a costs assessment with your USB sticks.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I sent an email you asked me and I produced usb stick even im abroad (my family did that for me). Later on this afternoon I got another information about the change the phone hearing to hearing in person as video footage can be an evidence only in that case. They have changed this literally yesterday. Im abroad at the moment and my return is unnecessary cost and also affecting my liabilities and plans during my stay.I sent request to postpone the hearing because of that. I will call them tomorrow about it as well.Any advice from you I can use?Thank you0

Email and retract the video and tell them you are abroad so can't attend in person so this is unsuitable. If there is no way to play the video then it will have to be removed from the evidence so a telephone hearing can take place.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I understand but to be honest without this evidence my defence is weaker so why I have to remove that from evidences? I dont want to do that.0

But you can't attend the hearing so will more likely lose, if the Claimant 'has the floor' to speak without a voice from you.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
