That is good - I hope they let you show that video. You haven't explained in your WS why you are attaching the Beavis case, the POFA and the CRA 2015. In your case, as they haven't added £60 to the claim, you need to be clear that your reason for attaching those laws and case law, is because they all show that there must be 'adequate notice' using 'very clear and prominent signs with large lettering'.
And the video proves that this was not the case. There was plenty of space to put up large notices at that barrier but they didn't, so the main thrust of your case is about the unclear signs. Did you not use any of the Google Streetview (GSV) screenshots I gave to you, it told a really clear story in pictures and if the court won't allow your video then you will need to point to photo proof instead which is why I gave you those links to GSV.
The point Now is that they sent me a letter to inform me that case will be online, using some kind of app or online portal. It will take aprox 1h and I need to prepare myself to this.
Do you have any advice what I should tell them, do I have to go through again everything and explain to court my point of view? How this kind of hearing looks like. It is my first case in court in England and I wish to win this

I'd like to use an image to prove in my submissions to Government to the public consultation, that not all PPCs add fake costs and it is possible for a PPC to file a claim themselves, no robo-claim solicitor.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Not sure how it will work with the online hearing, but have you ensured you have a "durable medium" to show your video? A dropbox file would not normally be acceptable, because youcan submit the link then change the file that link points to after the fact - potentially ambushing the claimant.0

A video file sent to both the court and the claimant should be acceptable as a durable medium.1

Most video files will exceed either the email sending limits, or the recipients email limit. Its a real problem.1

I am quoting your first post because UKPPO have put their own claim in (no solicitor involved in filing it) and they've not added the usual false £60, that's all I meant from my question.

Thank you!
I've looked at your claim form and see that the Particulars of Claim failed to even state the amount of the parking charge! So, mention that in your WS, something like this:
£103.xx cannot be the parking charge as it can't exceed £100 (IPC rules) and can't have been £103.xx on the signage, therefore the Particulars of Claim are defective and vague (contrary to the CPR 16). Incoherent claims which just ask for a sum of money and fail to break down the quantum, should not be entertained by the courts.
I've also looked at the Directions for your hearing this month and can see that the Claimant, UKPPO (no solicitor, just Mr Cheetham himself!) are responsible for filing with the court a SINGLE BUNDLE, the week before the hearing.
This means you need to prepare &finalise your bundle (WS and evidence photos, case law transcripts and your video) in the next week or so and check with us by showing it to us, then email it to UKPPO, assuming they have provided an email addy?
If not, I hate to say this but ring them to get an email addy from them, because they will need an electronic version from you. Otherwise they will have to scan every paper document you send them and find a way to upload the USB stick with your video on it, which is not something they will want to do.
So for that reason, get an email addy from them! It will save you no end of printing as well.
Beware not to copy a WS that goes on about the added false £60 costs because that is not a feature of your case.
I wrote one here earlier this afternoon so you can see what a WS looks like:
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6088285/excel-parking-services-ltd-county-court-letter-defence/p4
...but you can't use any of the stuff about ParkingEye v Somerfield and added costs, or the Southampton Crosby case, or mention the Semark-Jullien case (not relevant to you). You CAN use the Consumer Rights Act and 'red hand rule' and Vine v Waltham Forest stuff, specifically about unclear signs and the section about no landowner authority.
Beware that they might remove some of your stuff from the single bundle - they can't!
But BEWARE, this is what PPCs do. You will need to check it and insist on being served with a copy by UKPPO, to make sure it doesn't just include their own submissions and evidence and leave out your video you want included. The good thing is, in some ways that becomes their headache!
P.S. don't forget you MUST also follow the direction for providing you phone number to the court in time if this is a telephone hearing, or follow all the steps if it is a CVP hearing by video.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
